Four formats. One method.

Keynote

How Giants Fall

Every giant that fell left a paper trail in its own accounts. Max walks the room through falls they remember, and the laws each one broke.

  • The warning signs that show up in a company’s own documents first
  • Why smart people stay on a failing course
  • Three questions to ask about your own company on Monday

For conferences, kick-offs and leadership days

Masterclass

Read a company in five minutes

Hands on. Participants read the accounts of a real company, using the questions a good board asks, in the order it asks them.

  • Profit, cash and debt, in plain words
  • The difference between a bad year and a dying business
  • A one-page way to read your own company’s accounts

For leadership teams, boards and finance-curious managers

Lecture

Strategy and innovation

The tools senior strategy teams use, taught through real cases such as LEGO’s turnaround, by a lecturer in strategy, finance and innovation.

  • Which tool fits which question, and which to leave in the drawer
  • How a company finds what only it can make
  • Turning analysis into a decision

For universities, business schools and executive programmes

Full day · on your company

The Strategy Warroom

Your leaders investigate your own company in teams that work apart. A panel of three gives the verdict and a 90-day plan.

  • The weak spots, found by your own people
  • An outside verdict, written within a week
  • A 90-day plan your CEO owns

Why bureaus list Max

  • A clear niche. Corporate strategy and distressed companies: why giants fall, and how some come back. Few speakers own it.
  • Always a fresh story. He publishes the BANKRUPT Morning Warning List every day, so each talk can open with a company in this week’s news.
  • He lived it. More than ten years at Nokia, including the years it fell. Not a case study. A witness.
  • A book behind the talk. The 42 Laws of BANKRUPT: How Giants Fall, out on 31 October 2027, with The Max Noble Awards on the same night.
  • Two languages, one method. Danish or English, from a keynote slot to a full-day Strategy Warroom.
  • Safe to book. Never paid by the companies he talks about. Every number is sourced. Nothing on stage is investment advice.
