Max Noble publishes opinions on businesses, built from public sources. Every verdict links to its source. Nothing here is investment advice. Promises are judged, never people.

Corrections and right of reply

If we got a fact wrong, we correct it and say so on the page, with the date. Any company we write about can reply; we add its reply to the page.

Your name and email

• When you sign up, we ask your first name, your email and your country. We use them to send what you asked for: The Morning Brief, new verdicts and the weekly column.
• Your sign-up is stored with Netlify (our web host) and Kit (our email service).
• Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. To have your details deleted, ask us through the press page.
• We never sell your details.

Cookies

Max Noble sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your game progress and what is new since your last visit are kept in your own browser and never sent to us.
