How to read it. Open: no court filing so far; I am still following it. Came true: a later edition recorded a court filing, a restructuring or a bankruptcy. Did not come true: the board records a rescue, a new owner or a reopening.

A Warning means several serious signs at once, not a prediction of failure. Companies that were already in court the first time they appeared are not listed: that was news, not a warning. The Score shown is the one printed in that edition.
