First Warning
Before the filing. Before the headlines.
A First Warning is my own call. The company has not filed. But its own accounts and the official registers show at least three serious signs. And the news has not reported the danger, or has not looked at it closely. In one page you get the signs, my analysis and my advice. Then I follow it every day.

Our recordEvery call, the hits and the misses
Every call I make is here, with the minute I made it and what happened next. Most companies in danger do not go bankrupt: many are rescued, and some recover. When I am wrong, the record says so, and why.
| Company | Called | Outcome | When | Since the call |

| Avantium N.V. Netherlands | 25 October 2026 · 09:45 CET | Watching | — | 0 days so far |
Filed: a court process has begun. Bankrupt: declared bankrupt by a court. Rescued: saved by a new owner, new money or a debt deal. Recovered: the danger passed, and I was wrong. Watching: nothing filed; I follow it every day.
