Søren Krogh KnudsenCEO & President, ColumbusWill Søren Krogh Knudsen keep his new promise for Columbus?
The new promiseAbout 6 kroner profit on every 100 kroner sold, in 2026.
Max Noble Odds: 60% chance he keeps it. They move with every call. Against the odds you win more, and lose more.
The small print, in plain words
- He promised
- 8–10 kroner profit on every 100 kroner sold
- He got
- About 6 kroner
- Why, says the company
- A slow first half. Over 80 people let go, at a cost of DKK 20m. Without that cost, the profit would have been 10.3 kroner. A new plan comes on 5 November.
- How bad
- Severe. About a third short of the promise. Score 100 → 50.
