1Which three roads are on the new chief executive's desk in October 2004?
A, Sell: Morgan Stanley bids about 2 billion dollars for all of LEGO; the family gets money, others get the problem. B, A brand for everything: keep the parks, computer games, clothes, TV and action figures. C, Back to the brick: sell what is not bricks, cut the number of elements sharply, get the cash in order first and grow afterwards.

2Why does the worksheet ask students to write the bear case before the bull case?
"Let the bear speak first. The bull is only credible once it has heard the worst." The bear is the worst realistic outcome and the bull the best: not doomsday and not the dream, but what can reasonably happen.

3Which finding in the folder does the study call the most dangerous answer, and why?
The Business Model Canvas: LEGO can see its profit per country but not per product, so nobody knows which sets make money. The test "does anyone pay?" cannot be answered. And every new element needs a new mould, a new place in the warehouse and a new bill.
